The Ultra Group, which will celebrate 85 years of business activities in 2022, has more than 16 thousand employees. The Group operates in the following industry sectors: vertical integration in energy and infrastructure; specialized distribution and retail segments, through Ipiranga, Extrafarma and Ultragaz; the manufacture of surfactants and specialty chemicals, through Oxiteno; and the storage of bulk liquids, through Ultracargo. The Ultra Group’s Holding is responsible for financial, corporate and investor relations activities. The Holding also manages the Group’s Shared Services Center (CSC), located in the municipality of Campinas (SP).

The Ultra Group is a publicly-listed company and its shares are traded on the Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3) Stock Exchange, in São Paulo (SP), and on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), since 1999. The Ultra Group’s market value was R$ 16 billion at year-end December 31st, 2021.
